Job Description:

• Conceptualization and design of aluminium structure, glass, cladding, steel structure and other façade materials
• Prepare Engineering Calculation and Analysis based on the required code by using STAAD Pro and AutoCad software
• Prepare and check design drawings
• Ensure that the engineering submissions and revisions are delivered on time
• Assist to provide technical input, support and solutions for all technical proposals and tenders
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other subcontractors
• Assist with structural analysis
• Site inspections as and when required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Technical Head

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Some exposure in engineering design in façade industry
• Familiar with structural FEM Analysis program in singapore as well as British standards.
• Familiar with softwares i.e. Autocad, STAAD Pro. or STRAND

Job Description:

• Support project team in terms of contract administration
• Assist in preparation of payment claims, variation claims, subcontractors’ payment certifications, final account settlement
• Review of contract documents and preparation of Letter of awards to subcontractors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree In Building / Quantity Surveying
• Preferable with 5 years relevant experience in Façade / Building Industry.
• Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage
• Possess good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work independently
